Do you want to 'build' your vocabulary? Here is how.

Do you want to 'build' your vocabulary? Here is how.

One of the most difficult aspects of the English language is the inclusiveness that the latter reflects in terms of its words and how they keep on being added to its dictionary every day. One of the most effective ways to approach the issue in hand is to classify words into lexical fields making it easier for the scholar to be able to memorize them and put them into use later on. Think of it this way; your vocabulary is like a building that you’re constantly working on to get it open for business on time. But to be able to do so, you’re going to have to open up your toolkit and try to find the right tools to shape and mold whatever is already engraved in your memory as well as to try and make room for the new terms you are about to learn. So what are you waiting for? Where is your toolkit at?

The great thing about construction terms is that you can get at least two words out of each term by only changing the word’s grammatical category. The verb ‘Construct’ becomes a noun in ‘Construction’ and so does the verb ‘Measure’ in ‘Measurement’. Easy peasy huh?
